At the initial consultation we discuss the client’s needs and personal tastes and how they live in the property, this is a really important part of the process which we consider vital to the success of any project.
We then have a better understanding of how they live in their home and their end vision for the property. We use this information to help build a cohesive design and to create a totally unique finish that suits the client perfectly.
After the first consultation, designs are put together to fit the client’s budget.
A design for each room is presented, showing the colour scheme, furniture choices, lighting specification, flooring finish, fabric palettes and room layouts.
CAD drawings and 3D renders are used, as appropriate to help the client visualise the scheme.
Following the initial presentation, schemes are revised where necessary until the client is completely happy.
At this stage the client is provided with a quote and charged as agreed a design fee before we commence the project.
